This waterpump is compatible with all 2.5 Porsche 944 models, including the lux, turbo and 16v 944S.
Some retailers list a different waterpump for the lux and turbo models. However the waterpump we specify for both applications is the superior 944 turbo item.
Some retailers even list an early designed waterpump. The early design waterpump was dropped by Porsche for a reason in 1986 due to a redesign to remove several flaws in the design and should not be used.
This waterpump comes with gasket, but we recommend replacing the thermostat at the same time with a new item, rather than reusing it.
