The 9XX Standard DIY Manual Boost Controller Kit (Large Bore Version) is Designed as a DIY kit including everything you need to plumb in a manual boost controller into your Porsche.
The Large bore version is designed for installation of Boost control onto cars fitted with 9XX or TIAL wastegates.
This kit can also be used with Lindsay Dual Port Wastegates , however you will require the additional Small to Large bore kit, which includes replacement fittings for the Lindsey wastegate.
Boost is increased or decreased by pulling the knob outwards, turning the marked knob either clockwise or anti clockwise and locking it into position by pushing the knob inwards.
The kit includes
* 9XX Manual Boost Controller with Large bore fittings
* Large Bore fittings including a new banjo for installation onto the intercooler hard pipe (between intercooler and turbo)
* Large bore silicone hose (9XX Specification)
* Hose clamps
* Fitting ring for installation onto rear engine lifting eye
* Fitting bracket for installation onto inner wing
* Install instructions
The kits are available in 3 colours, black (stealth), Blue or Red. Please be sure to select the type you desire.
These kits can be fitted as a cockpit controlled boost device, but we do not recommend this, as the additional length of hose can cause instable boost levels.
Installation is typically 30 mins in the JMG workshop, and not difficult for a DIY mechanic.
